Focus&Light
We took a break from our chores yesterday to do... pretend chores! Ha! Madelyn wanted to wash her dishes next to the window while mama put her feet up, and the lighting was just perfect so I grabbed my camera. We made her a special cleaning sponge earlier that morning with pretend soap drawn on, and she was loving washing her dishes and not paying attention to mama so I got some candid shots for once! Indoor light is tricky for me, so it's something I have been practicing and learning more about. Our living room window was letting the most lovely light in to shine on her wild curls and cute little face. Focus is another thing that can be tricky but is a lot of fun to play with. Most tend to focus on the face as the main subject, but the little details are just as important. Little hands playing, creating, and showing off her treasures were the focus of the day.
